BOISE, Idaho -- No need to trademark this slogan, even if it did work perfectly for Missouri this time."20 Minutes of Hell."It was more than enough to lift Leo Lyons, DeMarre Carroll and the Tigers to a 78-59 win over Cornell in the first round of the NCAA tournament Friday.
• Missouri advanced to the second round for the first time since 2003, behind 23 points by Leo Lyons, his most since Jan. 31.
• Missouri's 29 wins tie a school record set in 1988-89. It is a 13-victory improvement and the biggest increase in wins in school history from one season to the next.
• The Tigers have won four straight after previously losing two of three, and improve to 3-2 as the No. 3 seed.
• Cornell remains winless in four NCAA appearances and the Ivy League has lost 11 straight games since Princeton won in 1998.

Many experts had written Marquette off, but a gutty win over Utah State shows that Missouri shouldn't be comfortable. Story
