The Black Knights (13-10, 3-6) had their second-worst shooting game of the season at 32.2 percent -- the second time in three games Army shot less than 33 percent. The Black Knights have lost 13 straight games when shooting under 33.3 percent from the field.
Holy Cross opened the second half with a 14-4 run to take a 46-31 lead, capped by Cavataio's three-point play. The Black Knights cut the margin to 11 points with 11:36 to play, but would come no closer.
