St. Peter's 60, Fairleigh Dickinson 57

JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Steven Samuels scored 13 points and Wesley Jenkins added 10 to lead Saint Peter's to a 60-57 win over Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday.

The Peacocks (6-4) trailed 55-47 with 7:47 left to play, but ended the game on a 13-2 run to earn their fourth consecutive victory.

Saint Peter's shot 18 for 49 from the field (36.7 percent), including 4 of 18 from 3-point range (22.2 percent).

The Peacocks led by as many as six, 31-25, after back-to-back 3s from Samuels and Jenkins early in the second half, but trailed 57-56 with 3:21 to go before scoring the game's final four points.

Mike Scott led the Knights (3-7) with 15 points and 12 rebounds, but was 2 for 17 from the floor. Briahn Smith scored 13 points and John Galvin added 11 in the loss.

Fairleigh Dickinson shot 15 of 56 overall (26.8 percent) and 3 for 14 from beyond the arc (21.4 percent).
