GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Alec Brown scored 19 points and pulled down seven rebounds in Wisconsin-Green Bay's 72-68 win over North Dakota on Monday night.
The Phoenix (5-7) trailed 37-27 at halftime, but rallied on 52 percent shooting in the second period.
The Fighting Sioux (4-8) did better from 3-point range, making 7 of 13 compared to Green Bay's 4 for 14.
But North Dakota sent the Phoenix to the free-throw line 39 times and Green Bay made 30 of those tries. North Dakota, meanwhile, made 11 of 22 from the line.
