BOSTON -- Darryl Partin scored 29 points as Boston University rallied in the second half for an 85-79 victory over St. Joseph's on Tuesday night.

The Terriers (5-7), who ended a four-game losing streak, trailed 39-38 at halftime. They fell behind by 12 points when Langston Galloway's 3-pointer for St. Joseph's made it 65-53 with 10:34 to play.

But Partin, who was 6 of 8 from 3-point range, made two treys as Boston University ran off 10 unanswered points. That ignited a 27-6 run over a 9:23 span and the Terriers took the lead for good, 73-71 with 3:18 left, on Jake O'Brien's 3-pointer.

The Hawks (3-8), who had not played in 10 days, lost their sixth in a row despite Galloway's 24 points and 21 from Carl Jones.

John Holland had 19 points and eight rebounds for the Terriers. O'Brien added 11 points and nine rebounds.
