CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- Ricky Taylor scored 21 points to lead five Chattanooga players in double figures in a 107-48 victory over Reinhardt on Tuesday.

The margin was the largest for the Mocs (6-6) since they beat Covenant College 120-59 on Nov. 9, 2007.

The Eagles (4-10), an NAIA school, led 15-14 with 13:27 left in the first half before Chattanooga took control with a 21-1 run that ended with two 3-pointers by Keegan Bell and one by Taylor.

The Mocs led 55-27 at halftime and opened the second half with a 15-5 run to lead 70-32.

Chris Early had 17 points and 12 rebounds, Troy Cage scored 14 points, and Jahmal Burroughs and Omar Wattad had 11 points apiece for Chattanooga, which shot a season-best 52.6 percent (40 of 76) from the field. The Mocs also outrebounded Reinhardt 60-26, their highest rebound total in 19 seasons.
