RADFORD, Va. -- Tolga Cerrah posted his first career double-double as Radford defeated Dickinson 86-59 on Wednesday, snapping a nine-game losing streak

Cerrah had 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Highlanders (3-9) in a game originally scheduled for Tuesday night, but pushed back because of hazardous weather conditions.

The Red Devils (5-6) held the lead or stayed close the first 9 minutes, then Radford broke the game open with a 13-0 run.

Leading 13-12, the Highlanders held Dickinson, a Division III school, scoreless for more than 5 minutes. Matt Dolan, who paced Dickinson with 17 points, hit two foul shots to end the drought with 5:42 left in the half.

The Highlanders led 46-29 at the break and by as many as 33 points with 2:07 left.

Blake Smith added 16 points and Gorkem Somnez had 14 for Radford, which shot 50 percent from the field (26 of 52) and made 31 of 43 free throws.
