CLINTON, S.C. -- Al'Lonzo Coleman had 19 points and 13 rebounds, and Presbyterian held off Radford 72-64 on Saturday night.
Free-throw shooting made the difference as Presbyterian made 23 of 32 from the line, including 14 of 16 in the final 6 minutes. Radford made 7 of 11.
The Highlanders (3-6, 0-2) fell behind by 13 points in the first half but went on a 10-2 run over the final 3:08 to trim the deficit to 32-27 at halftime. Presbyterian opened the second half on an 8-1 run and kept the lead in double digits until the final minutes.
