DURHAM, N.C. -- Ray Willis scored 21 points to lead North Carolina Central in a 69-64 win over Bethune-Cookman on Monday night.

Ebuka Anyaorah added 13 points and Dominique Sutton had 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Eagles (8-8, 2-1 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference), who snapped a two-game slide.

The Wildcats led 26-25 at the break, but the Eagles pulled ahead 34-32 on a Nick Chasten layup with 16:58 left. After Bethune-Cookman answered to even it up, Anyaorah hit a 3-pointer which sparked a 15-0 N.C. Central run to pull ahead.

The Eagles led the rest of the way, outscoring the Wildcats 44-38 in the second half to seal it.

N.C. Central outrebounded Bethune-Cookman 35-26.

Garrius Holloman scored 14 points to lead Bethune-Cookman (5-12, 2-1), which has lost three of the last four games.
