SAN DIEGO -- Dennis Kramer's game highs of 22 points and 11 rebounds helped San Diego edge Portland 78-75 in overtime Thursday night.

Christopher Anderson had 10 points and 13 assists while Johnny Dee scored 12 for the Toreros (11-15, 6-8 West Coast Conference), who swept the season series.

The Pilots (6-20, 3-10) got 18 points from Kevin Bailey, 11 from Tim Douglas and 10 from Ryan Nicholas.

San Diego led 61-46 with 7:53 left before Bailey scored eight straight points. After Anderson sank a jumper, the Pilots ran off six more points and trailed just 63-60.

But after an exchange of baskets, Tanner Riley converted a 3-pointer at the buzzer to force overtime at 65.

Kramer's 3-pointer opened the extra session, and San Diego did not trail again. Kramer scored six in overtime.

Portland has lost three in a row and nine of 10.
