PRINCETON, N.J. -- Brendan Connolly scored 14 points and dished six assists as Princeton beat Brown 81-47 on Saturday night for its third straight win.
Brown (8-23, 2-12 Ivy League) trailed 20-19 after Tyler Ponticelli converted a layup. However, Saunders made back-to-back jumpers for Princeton, sparking a 13-4 run over the final 5:33 of the first half.
The Tigers pushed their lead to 20, 48-28, behind a layup from Bray with 15:48 left to play.
Matt Sullivan led Brown with 12 but the Bears shot just 29 percent (18 of 62) from the field, including 4 of 18 from deep, and converted only 7 of 15 free throws.
Princeton (18-11, 9-4) hit 54.2 percent (32 of 59) of its shots and dished out 17 team assists.
