DURHAM, N.H. -- Dom Morris hit 6 of 9 shots en route to 18 points and Boston University defeated New Hampshire 69-59 Saturday in America East Conference play to snap a three-game road losing streak.
Neither team led by more than five in the first half until Travis Robinson's 3-pointer put Boston (9-10, 3-3) ahead 28-21 with 4:12 left in the frame.
Jeron Trotman made a layup and Ferg Myrick hit a free throw to cut the deficit to 28-24, but Morris closed the half with a three-point play and opened the second half with a layup to create a 33-24 advantage after just a minute of play.
New Hampshire (4-13, 0-5) never got any closer than seven the rest of the way.
The Wildcats were led by Patrick Konan's 11 points and 13 rebounds.
