SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- Mustafaa Jones scored 19 points and Fairleigh Dickinson snapped a five-game losing streak with a 63-52 victory over Bryant on Thursday.

Mathias Seilund and Sidney Sanders Jr. complimented Jones' scoring with 17 and 15 points respectively.

Fairleigh Dickinson (9-17, 5-7 Northeast Conference) pulled away in the second half, as the Knights used an 8-2 run to open a 57-49 lead with 5:33 to play. Seilund scored seven-straight points to spur the run.

Bryant (16-11, 8-4) could not cut the deficit to fewer than five points after the run, and didn't score after a Corey Maynard 3-pointer with 3:51 remaining.

Maynard led the Bulldogs with 17 points and Dyami Starks added 16. The Bulldogs shot just 29.6 percent (16 of 54) against the Knights after shooting 58.9 percent in the first matchup between the teams earlier this season.
