Norris made 1 of 2 after being fouled by Marcus Tyus, just moments after Caleb Steffensmeier nailed a pair of 3-pointers to tie the game at 86 with 19 seconds left.Tyler Flack led South Dakota (11-15, 5-6 Summit) with 21 points on 7 of 10 shooting. Adam Thoseby had 16, Casey Kasperbauer added 14 and Brandos Bos had 12 points.
