Maryland came into the Champs Sports Bowl with a good game plan and executed it to near perfection. The Terps' offensive line dominated the line of scrimmage to open up the running game and the passing game. RBs Keon Lattimore and Lance Ball ran well and consistently picked up yards after the initial hit. QB Sam Hollenbach did a nice job directing the Maryland attack and looked impressive on his deep throws. Maryland controlled the ball and the clock to secure a dominating win. The Terps never allowed Purdue to get in the game. The Boilermakers need to shore up their defense before next season. Purdue just couldn't get Maryland's offense off the field.
