Hawaii 31, Texas-El Paso 15

HONOLULU -- Quarterback Timmy Chang overcame dehydration and a fever to lead Hawaii to its seventh straight conference home game by defeating Texas-El Paso 31-15 on Saturday night.

Chang was 27-of-54 for 426 yards and three touchdowns. The junior has passed for 960 yards in his past two games and has 2,619 yards in his seven starts this season.

Chang said he had flu-like symptoms for the past two days and had to have fluids replaced intravenously during halftime.
