Reasons for Turner's, 21, suicide unknown
BOULDER, Colo. -- A former Colorado running back committed suicide this week, authorities said Friday.
The body of Bryan A. Turner, 21, was found Monday at his home in Lafayette, Boulder County Coroner Tom Faure said. He had hanged himself.
Colorado athletics spokesman Dave Plati said Turner was a walk-on running back in 2001, but never played in a game. He quit the team after that season and returned for about a month last year before leaving the team for good.
