Irizarry, Guilford suspended, 'likely' to miss season
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Two Ohio State football players were arrested and charged with robbery Saturday after a student accused the two of assaulting and robbing him.
Coach Jim Tressel suspended the players, sophomores Louis Irizarry and Ira Guilford, indefinitely and said, "It appears likely they could lose their privilege to play for Ohio State in 2004."
Each was held at the Franklin County jail over the weekend and was charged with one count of second-degree felony robbery. ...
