CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- Hakim Hill didn't even make it to spring practice with Northern Iowa's football team.
Given a chance following his dismissal from Arizona State's team
last season, Hill was dropped from the Panthers' roster on Monday
after he was arrested for fighting with police officers in Iowa
City over the weekend.
