Bush's attorneys file motion to keep any future testimony private

Reggie Bush did not appear at a deposition Monday scheduled in a civil suit by a would-be representative. Bush's attorneys filed a motion seeking to keep any future testimony private.

It's the latest delay in the suit filed by Lloyd Lake, who is seeking repayment of almost $300,000 in cash, expenses and gifts that he said he gave to Bush and his family in an attempt to launch a sports marketing company.
