Bowden's legacy goes beyond the game

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Time finally caught up with legendary Florida State football coach Bobby Bowden.

Bowden, who built the Seminoles into one of college football's greatest dynasties and was the patriarch of one of the sport's most famous coaching families, announced his retirement Tuesday after 34 seasons on the FSU sideline.
