Source: Carter, Rose to miss Rose Bowl

Ohio State wide receiver Duron Carter and defensive end Rob Rose are ineligible to play in the Rose Bowl presented by Citi against No. 7 Oregon, a source tells ESPN.com.
The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer reported online a team source confirmed that the two players are facing academic issues but said no final decisions will be known until Wednesday.
