Kentrell Lockett to miss opener

Ole Miss senior defensive end Kentrell Lockett will miss Saturday's opener against Jacksonville State because of a heart-related ailment, and his status for the rest of the season is unknown at this point.

Head trainer Tim Mullins said Lockett has a "rhythm problem" with his heart. He began experiencing it during Saturday's scrimmage and was immediately cared for by local doctors. He has since seen specialists in Memphis and is now at a clinic in Cleveland, where further tests ...
