Knee injury knocks out Mizzou QB Franklin
COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Missouri starting quarterback James Franklin has left the Tigers' SEC game against Vanderbilt with a left knee sprain.
Franklin completed 5 of 9 passes for 56 yards before leaving the game in the first quarter with a 6-0 Missouri lead. He was replaced by backup Corbin Berkstresser, who completed just 4 of 14 passes for 29 yards as Missouri trails Vanderbilt 9-6 at the half.
