PHILADELPHIA -- Billy Ragone threw a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns -- including one with 50 seconds left -- and the University of Pennsylvania overcame a 10-point deficit to beat Columbia 24-20 in Ivy League action Saturday.

The Quakers (2-3, 2-0) trailed 20-10 early in the fourth. Ragone cut the deficit with a 16-yard scoring pass to Mitchell King, and then marched Penn down the field once more for the winner -- a 6-yard score to Lyle Marsh in the back left corner of the end zone with ...
