Penn State hires Anthony Midget to coach safeties

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Penn State has hired Anthony Midget to coach safeties, filling out its coaching staff after John Butler was promoted to defensive coordinator.
Midget comes to Happy Valley after a brief stint at Marshall, where he had been named a defensive assistant in late January. Previously, Midget was an assistant for five years at Georgia State, most recently serving as defensive coordinator last season.
