Neb. football player's indecency trial gets set
LINCOLN, Neb. -- A trial date has been set for a Nebraska defensive end accused of exposing his genitals to a female student.
Freshman Avery Moss briefly appeared Friday in Lancaster County Court. His trial is scheduled for July 23.
The 18-year-old Moss has pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of public indecency. He's also pleaded not guilty to disturbing the peace and failing to appear for a January court date.
