49ers name stadium after Panthers' Richardson
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Charlotte 49ers have announced their new 15,300-seat football facility will be named Jerry Richardson Stadium following a $10 million donation from the Carolina Panthers owner.
Construction on the stadium was completed last October.
