LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Kentucky running back Rafael Little will miss Saturday's game against No. 14 LSU because of a knee injury.

Little, the Wildcats' leading rusher, had swelling in his knee after Saturday night's 24-17 loss to South Carolina and will have it scoped on Monday, coach Rich Brooks said.

An MRI was negative, but Brooks said he will be examined further.

"I think there may be some kind of cartilage problem that doesn't show up on the MRI, or it wouldn't keep swelling," Brooks said. "Hopefully it'll be a minor thing that he won't be out very long, but we don't know until we get in there and look at it. We were hoping it would stop swelling and go away, but it hasn't done that."

Defensive tackles Lamar Mills (shoulder) and Myron Pryor (elbow) are questionable.
