Oops, she did it again. Britney Spears filed for divorce from aspiring rapper/actor Kevin Federline on Tuesday. While saddened by the breakup of the pop princess and the former backup dancer, could there be a better Bottom 10 guide for the week than K-Fed?

"Playing With Fire," K-Fed's first album release, has been panned by the critics and sales have been dismal. Only 300 people showed up at his concert in New York City's Webster Hall last week. K-Fed literally was slammed by wrestler John Cena at the WWE's "Monday Night Raw" on Oct. 16.

The Bottom 10 teams know something about critical failures, dismal ticket sales and being slammed by the competition, too.

While irreconcilable differences caused the split between Spears and K-Fed, the Bottom 10 is content in its relationship. No amount of wins could lessen the affection we have for Duke, Florida International, Stanford -- or any of our other members. But thankfully, wins aren't something we have to worry about with Division I-A's three winless teams.

Duke's 17-game losing streak keeps the Blue Devils in the top spot for a second consecutive week. Stanford's closing the gap, but the Cardinal remain at No. 2, followed closely by Florida International.

The coveted No. 5 spot goes to Iowa. The Hawkeyes lost 21-7 at home last Saturday to a Northwestern team that was winless in the Big Ten before its trip to Iowa City.

The pillow fight of the week: Louisiana-Monroe at Florida International.

So, with apologies to Steve Harvey and help from K-Fed's songs, here's this week's Bottom 10:

	1.	Duke	0-9	"The World Is Mine:" The Blue Devils' 17-game losing streak has them No. 1 in the Bottom 10 for a second straight week.
	2.	Stanford	0-9	"Y'all Ain't Ready:" The Cardinal aren't quite ready for the top spot. But 11 straight losses have them getting close.
	3.	Florida International	0-8	"Lose Control:" The Golden Panthers have had problems controlling the scoreboard and their emotions this season.
	4.	Memphis	1-8	"A League Of My Own:" The Tigers are in a league of their own among the one-win teams whose lone win is over a Div. I-AA team.
	5.	Iowa	6-4	"Privilege:" A home loss to Northwestern gives the Hawkeyes the privilege of a week at No. 5. Since Iowa treats visitors to a pink locker room, the Bottom 10 thought the Hawks deserved similar treatment.
	6.	Louisiana-Monroe	1-7	"Crazy:" Is it crazy to move the Warhawks down after a bye week? Not really. Their only win is over Alcorn State.
	7.	UNLV	1-8	"Playing With Fire:" The Rebels are three losses away from a winless season in the Mountain West.
	8.	North Carolina	1-8	"Snap:" Why place the Tar Heels after Memphis, Louisiana-Monroe and UNLV? Their Div. I-AA win came against a team (Furman) with a winning record.
	9.	Fresno State	1-7	"Kept On Talkin':" The Bulldogs are worth talking about anyone, anytime, anywhere in the Bottom 10 this season.
	10.	Temple	1-9	"Caught Up:" We got caught up with the Owls getting a win on Oct. 28, but things returned to normal last Saturday.

Waiting list: Colorado (1-9), Eastern Michigan (1-8), Miami (Ohio) (1-9), San Diego State (1-7) and Utah State (1-8).
