FORT WORTH, Texas -- The Armed Forces Bowl is moving from a pre-Christmas date to New Year's Eve, bowl officials announced Tuesday.
The fifth bowl in Fort Worth, which will feature teams from the Pac 10 and Mountain West conferences, will be played Dec. 31. Kickoff is at 11:30 a.m. CST.
All the previous games have been played Dec. 23, including last year when Utah beat Tulsa 25-13. The game is played on TCU's campus.
