Michigan should get a big piece of its offense back for Saturday's showdown with No. 18 Notre Dame (ABC, 3:30 p.m. ET), but another key contributor might sit out the game.
Senior running back Brandon Minor is listed as probable on Michigan's official injury report, released Thursday afternoon. Minor, the team's leading rusher last year with 533 yards, sat out the season opener against Western Michigan with an ankle injury but practiced this week.
Carlos Brown is still expected to start at running back for the second straight game.
The news isn't promising for sophomore wide receiver Junior Hemingway, who led Michigan with five receptions for 103 yards and two touchdowns last week against Western Michigan. Hemingway is listed as questionable for the Notre Dame game with an ankle injury.
Wolverines guard Tim McAvoy (knee), running back Fitzgerald Toussaint (shoulder) and quarterback Nader Furrha (shoulder) are listed as out for Saturday.
