SAN JOSE, California (Ticker) -- Set the alarm clocks early for this one.

With a starting time of 9:00 a.m. on the West Coast, 13th-ranked Boise State and San Jose State clash in a Western Athletic Conference contest.

Hoping for additional exposure on the East Coast, San Jose State officials agreed to move up the original starting time of 9 p.m. local time. It will be televised on ESPN2.

The Spartans (2-6, 1-4 WAC) can only hope that Boise State misses its wake-up call as the Broncos' school-record 19-game winning streak - one more than Southern California - is the longest in Division I-A. Boise State also has won 23 straight WAC games, including 11 in a row on the road.

Last season, Boise State routed San Jose State, 77-14, setting a school record for points.

The Broncos (8-0, 5-0) have been off since crushing Hawaii, 69-3, on October 29. Boise State rushed for 425 yards - the fourth-best total in school history - and posted its second-most lopsided win, topped only by a 74-0 victory over Humboldt State in 1974.

Quarterback Jared Zabransky ran for 123 yards on just 10 carries and tied a school record by rushing for four touchdowns. He set another school mark with the longest run from scrimmage (85 yards).

San Jose State (2-6, 1-4) has dropped four in a row, including a 42-24 setback to Nevada last week.

Boise State leads the series 4-0.
