HANOVER, N.H. (AP) -- Charlie Rittger threw a pair of touchdown passes and Tyler Lavin kicked three field goals Saturday to lead Dartmouth to a 21-15 win over Princeton in the season finale for both teams.

Dartmouth (5-5, 4-3 Ivy League) finished with a winning record in the Ivy League for the first time since 1997. The Big Green also ended its streak of losing seasons at five.

Princeton (2-8, 2-5 Ivy) wasted five field goals by Derek Javarone, which tied the Ivy League record, and 260 yards passing by quarterback Matt Verbit.

Princeton dominated play in the first half and built a 9-0 lead on Javarone field goals of 24, 36 and 26 yards. Dartmouth struck back with a 26-yard field goal from Lavin.

Dartmouth tied the game at 9-9 on Rittger's 39-yard touchdown pass to Andrew Hall in the third quarter and scored the winning points early in the fourth quarter when Rittger found Jay Barnard in the end zone for an 18-12 lead.
