NEW YORK (AP) -- Chris Brown threw for 277 yards and two
touchdowns, and Colgate scored 30 unanswered points to defeat
Fordham 40-28 on Saturday.
Brown's 4-yard touchdown pass to Luke Graham with 7:04 remaining
gave the Red Raiders the lead for good. Brown also threw a 51-yard
touchdown pass to DeWayne Long.
Long had seven catches for 136 and Jamall Branch had 110 yards
rushing and two TDs for Colgate (7-4, 4-2 Patriot).
James Prydatko led the Rams (5-6, 2-4) with 127 yards rushing
and two touchdowns. Derric Daniels threw for two scores but
finished 9-of-22 for 113 yards and three interceptions.
Prydatko's 1-yard run midway through the second quarter gave the
Rams a 28-10 lead.
Branch started the comeback with a 3-yard run three minutes
later and Jared Nepa returned an interception 32 yards for a TD
early in the third to cut the lead to 28-24.
