WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) -- Dominic Randolph threw for 329 yards and
four touchdowns to lead Holy Cross to a 35-30 win over Brown on
Randolph, who completed 30 of 39 passes, threw three touchdown
passes in the first half as the Crusaders (4-2) took a 21-10
halftime lead. Two of his first-half touchdowns went to Thomas
Harrison, who caught six passes for 87 yards.
Randolph's fourth TD pass, a 22-yard strike to Brett McDermott
early in the third quarter, gave Holy Cross a 28-10 lead.
But Brown (1-3) came back. Joseph DiGiacomo completed 28-of-51
passes for 401 yards and two second-half touchdowns for the Bears,
who pulled within 35-30 on Akin Oyalowo's 1-yard run with 1:36 to
Casey Gough of Holy Cross recovered the Bears' onside kick to
seal the win.
Trailing 28-10, DiGiacomo threw a 61-yard touchdown pass to
Lonnie Hill, who had eleven receptions for 206 yards and two
DiGiacomo's 22-yard scoring pass to Paul Raymond, who had 10
catches for 133 yards, with 8:38 to play in the game pulled Brown
Terrence Gass ran for 65 yards and a 1-yard touchdown with 4:59
left for Holy Cross.
