EASTON, Pa. (AP) -- Jonathan Hurt rushed for 135 yards and four touchdowns as Lafayette rolled to a 45-14 win over Georgetown on Saturday.

Hurt scored twice and Shaun Adair returned a kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown as Lafayette (5-5, 4-1 Patriot League) jumped out to a 21-7 lead after the first quarter.

Brad Maurer threw for 305 yards as the Leopards tallied 511 total yards and averaged 9.3 yards per play.

Georgetown (2-8, 0-5) got an 81-yard touchdown pass from Matt Bassuener to Charlie Houghton early in the second quarter to cut Lafayette's lead to 21-14. The Hoyas couldn't generate much offense until driving deep into Lafayette territory late in the third, but Bassuener's second interception ended the drive at the Lafayette 6. Houghton added 88 yards on 20 carries for the Hoyas, who turned the ball over twice.

Lafayette got three first-half touchdowns from Hurt and a 36-yard field goal from Rick Ziska to take a 31-14 at halftime. Maurice White scored on a 24-yard run in the third quarter and Hurt added a 5-yard run in the fourth to cap the scoring.

Joe Ort was Maurer's favorite target, catching 10 passes for 274 yards. Adair caught Maurer's other two passes, for 31 yards.

The Leopards got interceptions from Daniel Liseno and Marcel Quarterman. Liseno added a sack, while Andy Romans led Lafayette with 12 tackles.
