SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (AP) -- Jeremy Konaris scored three touchdowns to help Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo defeat Savannah State 55-0 Saturday in its newly expanded stadium.

The Mustangs (7-4) piled up 434 yards on the ground and their five touchdowns equaled the largest winning margin in 48 years.

Konaris scored on runs of 12, 5 and 20 yards -- his first touchdowns since the 2002 season -- and Tredale Tolver scored on a 30-yard run.

James Noble ran for 127 yards and one touchdown to go over the 1,000-yard mark for the second straight season, making him the first running back to do so in school history. He ended the season with 1,009 yards.

Cal Poly finished with 521 total yards, while Savannah State (2-9) was held to 144 total yards.

Savannah State, which entered Cal Poly territory only twice in the game, was led by Garrett Williams, who completed nine of 16 passes for 90 yards. Mark Williams had five catches for 73 yards, and Chad Cone rushed for 31 yards on nine carries.

The school's $21.5 million Alex G. Spanos Stadium, expanded to seat 11,775, was dedicated Saturday.
