TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- Omar Cuff ran for 109 yards and three touchdowns to lead Delaware to a 27-7 victory over Towson on Saturday night.
Delaware (4-0, 3-0 Colonial Athletic Association) snapped a two-game losing streak against the Tigers (2-2, 0-2) after jumping out to a 17-0 halftime lead.
Cuff, who now has 15 touchdowns this season, ran 16 yards for a touchdown with 3:28 with left in the second quarter to give Delaware that cushion.
Towson didn't get on the scoreboard until early in the second half when Sean Schaefer hit Paul Perry with a 45-yard touchdown pass. Schaefer was 12-of-19 for 136 yards with one TD and an interception.
Joe Flacco completed 22-of-33 passes for 274 yards as Delaware finished with a 416-157 edge in total yards. Delaware's Aaron Love posted his second straight 100-yard receiving day with seven catches for 107 yards.
Cuff scored his third TD on a 13-yard run to push the Blue Hens lead to 24-7.
While Delaware didn't reach the end zone again, it put together a 17-play, 82-yard drive that lasted 7:22 that ended with a 20-yard field goal by Jon Striefsky. His second field goal of the game gave the Hens a 27-7 advantage with 10:09 remaining.
