PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Joe Sandberg rushed for 117 yards and two TDs, and Bryan Walker threw for 180 yards and two more scores as Penn beat Georgetown 42-13 Saturday.
Penn (1-3) jumped out to a 35-0 lead in the first half. Sandberg started the scoring when he capped a nine-play, 83-yard opening drive with a 4-yard TD run, and followed it up with a 13-yard score with :12 left in the half.
In between, Walker tossed a 5-yard TD pass to Jason Miran, and Michael DiMaggio ran in from 38 yards out. With just over a minute to go in the half, Walker tossed a 27-yard TD pass to Tyler Fisher that capped a six-play, 61-yard drive and put the game out of reach.
Matt Bassuener was 14-of-25 for 123 yards and second-half TD passes of 17 and 11 yards to Kyle VanFleet for the Hoyas (0-6).
DiMaggio rushed 11 times for 85 yards for Penn, which amassed 253 yards on the ground.
