KENT, Ohio (AP) -- Dan LeFevour passed for 359 yards and three touchdowns to lead Central Michigan to a 41-32 win over Kent State on Saturday.
The Chippewas (5-4, 4-0 Mid-American Conference) led 38-19 after Justin Hoskins ran for his second touchdown of the game early in the third quarter. Hoskins carried 24 times for 151 yards and scored on runs of 4 and 7 yards.
Eugene Jarvis, who came in fifth in the nation in rushing at 138 yards a game, ran for 156 yards on 19 carries, scoring on a 14-yard run for the Golden Flashes (3-6, 1-4).
The Chippewas piled up 580 total yards to Kent State's 383.
