NEW YORK (AP) -- Jason Butler scored three times and finished with a career-high 269 yards on 26 carries, leading Wagner to a 28-0 victory over LaSalle on Saturday.

Butler got Wagner off to a fast start with a 75-yard TD run on the Seahawks' first play from scrimmage. He added a 10-yard TD run in the second and a 29-yard scoring scamper in the fourth.

Matt Abbey also tossed a 7-yard TD pass to Keith Heaney for Wagner (6-3).

The Explorers (0-8) finished with just 155 yards of offense.
