LEWISBURG, Pa. (AP) -- Sedale Threatt ran for three scores and Lehigh broke open a close game with 24 unanswered points in the second half on the way to a 38-10 victory over Bucknell on Saturday.
Threatt carried 12 times and rushed for 78 yards, scoring on two 1-yard runs and a 29-yard effort for Lehigh (5-5, 2-3 Patriot League).
Lehigh raced to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter when Tim Diamond returned a fumble 58 yards for a score and Threatt had the first of his 1-yard scoring dives.
Bucknell (2-8, 0-5) countered in the second period with a 4-yard TD run by Terrance Wilson and a 37-yard field goal by Will Carney, closing within 14-10.
In the second half, it was all Lehigh. Threatt scored twice, Chris Bokosky threw a 17-yard scoring pass to Mik Fitzgerald and Jason Lee booted a 33-yard field goal.
