WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Steve Robinson scored on an 11-yard run in overtime as Hampton rallied to defeat Winston-Salem 16-13 on Saturday.

The Pirates (4-4) trailed 10-0 with 2:35 left in the third quarter, then forced overtime by scoring 10 unanswered points in the fourth. Isiah Thomas caught a 14-yard touchdown pass from David Legree, followed by Jordan Stovall's 30-yard field goal.

The Rams (1-7) took a 13-10 lead in overtime when Landen Thayer kicked a career-best 46-yard field goal, but Hampton used the same running play over left end four times -- twice by Robinson and twice by LaMarcus Coker -- for the win.

Hampton finished with 263 yards rushing. Coker contributed 109 yards on 28 carries while Robinson had 101 yards on 14 attempts.

Jarrett Dunston was 12-for-16 for 190 yards for Winston-Salem, which won its first game of the season the previous week against Bethune-Cookman, 16-10.
