SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- Jordan Brown rushed for 200 yards and two touchdowns to lead Bryant to a 24-7 win over Albany (N.Y.) on Saturday.
Brown, who finished with 38 carries, scored on runs of 41 and 1 yards. His second touchdown run gave the Bulldogs (5-3, 2/3 Northeast Conference) a 14-7 lead with 14:48 left in the second quarter.
Bryant totaled 409 yards on offense, holding the Great Danes (3-5, 1-4) to 291 yards.
The Bulldogs gave themselves more cushion when Chris Bird made a 38-yard field goal in the third quarter and Samad Wagstaff returned an interception 43 yards for a touchdown in the fourth.
Mike Croce completed 15 of 31 passes for 181 yards for the Bulldogs.
