Black completed 15-of-27 passes for 215 yards with two interceptions. His 21-yard pass to Spencer Nelson in the first quarter held up for a 7-0 halftime lead.
Prairie View (7-4, 6-3 Southwestern Athletic Conference) put the game away in the second half with three touchdowns over a six-minute span in the third and fourth quarters. The scoring surge was capped by Black's 4-yard touchdown pass to Shaun Stephens with 12:17 to play for a 28-0 lead.
