The Delta Devils (4-6, 4-4 Southwestern Athletic Conference) trailed 20-10 entering the fourth quarter before Jones took over.
His 1-yard touchdown run with 7:06 remaining cut the Panthers' lead to 20-16.

Jones, who carried 18 times for 82 yards, completed 18 of 28 passes for 221 yards with an interception.
