NACOGDOCHES, Texas -- Brent Grimes tied a school record with five rushing touchdowns to lead Central Arkansas to a 49-41 win over Stephen F. Austin on Saturday night.
Grimes finished with 145 yards rushing and caught eight passes for 74 yards for the Bears (9-2, 5-1 Southland). Nathan Brown completed 31-of-40 passes for 335 yards and two touchdowns, both to Marquez Branson.
Jeremy Moses completed 28-of-47 passes for 421 yards and three touchdowns for Stephen F. Austin (4-7, 2-4). He threw one interception.
Cornel Tarrant ran for 82 yards on 16 carries for the Lumberjacks. He caught three passes for 66 yards.
