Wright earns third straight defensive honor
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio State's Jessica Davenport was named the 2005 Big Ten Player of the Year by both the coaches and media on Tuesday.
While Davenport is just the fourth sophomore in league history to win the conference's top honor, Penn State's Tanisha Wright continued to make history by winning her third consecutive Defensive Player of the Year award.
