The maps below detail home market protected games -- areas which will see their home-market games in their entirety. The rest of the country will be part of ESPN2's whiparound coverage, where ESPN2 will take viewers to the best action from different games.

Noon ET (ESPN2)

Regionalization/Home Market Protection: In the home markets of the competing teams, ESPN2 will televise the game of local interest. While constant updates from the other games will be provided, the networks, for the most part, will not switch to another game during live action, thereby establishing home market protection. The games listed below are scheduled to be shown in their entirety in their home-market areas:

  • Black: Whiparound Coverage: ESPN2 plans to "whiparound" to the best action from different games for viewers in most of the nation. Each window will start with one particular game and the networks plan frequent switches to and updates from other games as action dictates.
  • Orange: No. 15 Army vs. No. 2 Tennessee (Channels -- DIRECTV 205, DIRECTV FullCourt 783, Dish 141, Dish FullCourt 464)
  • Yellow: No. 11 Hartford vs. No. 6 Temple (Channels -- DIRECTV 210, DIRECTV FullCourt 784, Dish 145, Dish FullCourt 463)
  • Blue: No. 10 California vs. No. 7 St. John's (Channels -- DIRECTV 211, DIRECTV FullCourt 785, Dish 146, Dish FullCourt 462)
